# FlameDate Affiliate Program Terms

## 1. Definitions

- **Affiliate** means an approved partner who promotes FlameDate using assigned referral links.
- **Click** means a recorded visit attributed to an affiliate link.
- **Conversion** means a valid tracked event such as signup or payment that qualifies under these terms.
- **Commission** means the amount earned by the affiliate for an approved paid conversion.

## 2. Participation requirements

You may participate only after your affiliate account has been approved by FlameDate. You must provide accurate contact and payout information, maintain control over your traffic sources and comply with all applicable laws, platform policies and advertising rules.

## 3. Commission and payouts

Your commission rate is shown in the affiliate dashboard or in your onboarding email. Commissions become payable only for valid, approved conversions.

- Minimum payout threshold: **$50**
- Payout method: **TBD by owner before launch**
- Reversed, refunded, fraudulent or invalid conversions do not qualify for payout.

## 4. Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed:

- self-referrals or creating your own accounts through your affiliate links
- spam, unsolicited direct messages or deceptive ad placements
- false claims about the product, pricing, outcomes or identity of users
- trademark abuse, brand bidding without permission or impersonation of FlameDate
- incentivized or manipulated traffic intended to fake conversions

## 5. Tracking and attribution

FlameDate uses a **30-day cookie window** and **last-click attribution** for affiliate tracking. Tracking depends on the visitor allowing the relevant marketing cookies where required by law. If attribution data is unavailable, incomplete, blocked or rejected due to consent settings, the conversion may not be credited.

## 6. Suspension and termination

FlameDate may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated, fraud is suspected or traffic quality materially harms the business. Invalid or disputed conversions may be removed from commission calculations, and unpaid commission for rejected conversions will not be paid out.

## 7. Changes to the program

We may update these terms, commission structures or attribution rules. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least **14 days' notice** before they take effect, unless a faster change is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

## 8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless local law requires otherwise, this affiliate program is governed by the laws of **Poland**, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts chosen by FlameDate's owner.
